The lamp head adjusts 360 degrees via the flexible arm and the extendable stainless steel telescopic pole is height adjustable, so you can aim the warmth exactly where you want it: neck, shoulder, back or knee.

Good to know: this is a heat lamp, not red light therapy. An infrared lamp gives off radiant heat that you feel on your skin. Red light therapy works with LED light in fixed wavelengths and without that heat. If that is what you are after, take a look at the red light panels instead of this lamp.

Specifications: 275W E27 infrared lamp with safety grille, adjustable temperature with a range of 0 to 115 degrees, housing made of ABS plastic and stainless steel, base with wheels. Intended for adults. Recommended use is 15 to 30 minutes per session at a distance of 30 to 50 cm.

You get 60 days to change your mind and a 2 year warranty.

The evidence

This page makes no health claims.
