After sending, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. You send returns yourself, with a carrier of your choice; see our return policy for the conditions. Not sure whether your product falls under the right of withdrawal (for example made to measure items or items sealed for hygiene reasons)? Feel free to contact us.

Good to know: separate from your withdrawal period, all Luxyor products come with a 2 year warranty on manufacturing and material defects, counted from the date of delivery.
