Return and Warranty Policy

At Luxyor we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information about returns and warranty, so you always know where you stand.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 60 days of receipt. First register your return via klantenservice@luxyor.nl or via the "Withdraw order" page; you then have 14 days to send the product to us. You send the return yourself with a carrier of your choice. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. We recommend sending it with track & trace; the risk of the return shipment lies with you until we receive the parcel. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exception: items with a hygiene seal

For items with a hygiene seal, such as inner liners, the right of withdrawal lapses once this seal has been broken. This is permitted by law for hygiene reasons.

Conditions for returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  1. Be complete, including all accessories and manuals.
  2. Be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Show no signs of use beyond what is necessary for testing.

Return procedure

  1. Register your return: Send an email to klantenservice@luxyor.nl and state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  2. Send the product back: Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport and send it yourself, with a carrier of your choice, to the return address you receive from us after registering. The shipping costs of the return are at your own expense. We recommend shipping with track & trace.
  3. Refund: After receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. If the product is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct the reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.

Warranty policy

At Luxyor we stand behind the quality of our products. That is why we offer a 2 year warranty on all our products against manufacturing and material defects, counted from the date of delivery. This warranty applies without prejudice to your statutory rights.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use. Do you run into a problem? Please contact us within 2 months of discovering it at klantenservice@luxyor.nl and include your proof of purchase.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not apply in case of:

  1. Incorrect use or installation contrary to the manual.
  2. Normal wear and tear of parts.
  3. Damage caused by external circumstances, such as dropping, moisture or fire.
  4. Repairs carried out by unauthorised parties.

Submitting a warranty claim

  1. Get in touch: Send an email to klantenservice@luxyor.nl with a description of the problem, your order number and a copy of the proof of purchase.
  2. Assessment: If necessary, we will ask you to send the product to us for inspection.
  3. Solution: If the warranty applies, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, or offer a suitable alternative.
