Right of withdrawal

At Luxyor you have 60 days to change your mind, counted from the day you receive your order. Within that period you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. That is longer than the statutory period of 14 days.

How to report your withdrawal

Let us know you are withdrawing before the 60 days are over. You can do this in two ways:

What happens next

From the day you report it, you have 14 days to send the product back to us. You will find the return address in our confirmation; please do not send anything back without reporting it first.

You send the return yourself, with a carrier of your choice. We do not provide a return label, and you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it. So please ship with track and trace.

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used for your order. If the product is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct the reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.

What the product must meet

  • Complete, including all accessories and manuals.
  • In its original condition and packaging.
  • Without signs of use beyond what is needed to assess the product.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

For items with a hygiene seal, such as inner liners, the right of withdrawal lapses once that seal has been broken. This is permitted by law for hygiene reasons. The same applies to products made to measure especially for you.

Your warranty is separate

On top of your withdrawal period, all Luxyor products come with a 2 year warranty on manufacturing and material defects, counted from the date of delivery. This warranty applies without prejudice to your statutory rights. The full conditions can be found in our return and warranty policy.
